The Druids of Paranor Role Playing Group is an e-mail based writing club. Our inspiration comes from a writer named Terry Brooks, the background for DoP making use of his "Shannara" series. DoP was formally founded in 1997 under the direction of Andrea Smith who wrote for Mareth. It has since then provided great entertainment, and has given young writers a chance to further develop their skills.
Since Andrea's contribution, in 1999, the club was given to Steve Mancino, who served as our club leader for a few years until outside time constraints led to his departure from the position. Bobby Ball took the helm of the club from 16 June 2004 to 28 July 2005 when Steve was reelected Club Leader. The current High Druid is Anduin, a Mystic Druid. Now, as well as a High Druid, there are Heads of each Division, the current Heads being: Kilkanon for the Mystics, Brian for the Warriors, and Jillerd for the Healers.
